Originated in the tropical woodlands and wet meadows in southeast Asia. GROWING - Partial shade, 4 to 6 hrs of sun exposure is needed for this plant. Soil must be high in organic matter and important to keep it moist, frequent watering is needed but not too wet. Main sign that your plant is stress is leaf dropping, once this sign is visible pause watering in one to two weeks.
CARE - Avoid moving the plant once they are already settled as it can cause them stress that may lead to leaf drop. When grown indoors DO NOT place them neat air conditioner or hot air vents as said that this plant is sensitive, it may lead to leaf drop.
PRUNING - Best time to prune will be in the winter season after they finish blooming. This plant requires annual pruning to be able to maintain a healthy appearance. Simply remove the dead flowers and all is well for your plant.
