Dinner was the biggest meal, which was served midday. This typically was the largest meal of the day, and Supper was the evening meal which was a lighter fare. Regardless of the meal, spices were not easily had. Especially exotic ones that had to travel great distances. To pay tribute to all those great flavors, we decided to pay homage to Moroccan spices. Boston Spice created Mo’ Rockin It as a tribute to all the spices the colonists usually didn’t use. We combine spices like cinnamon, ginger, cloves, brown sugar, and cumin in this zestful blend. Take your poultry, veggies, or fish to a whole new continent, with our Mo’ Rockin It spice. We are a spice blend company called BOSTON SPICE, located just outside of Boston Massachusetts. We created our line of spice and seasoning blends because of our love of tasty flavorful food and the history behind the great city of Boston. We make spice blends and rubs, with a Boston twist.
