The story of BUITONI begins in the small town of Sansepolcro, Italy, where Giulia and her husband, Giovan Battista BUITONI, opened a modest pasta shop in November of 1827. Over the years, BUITONI has grown to reach family tables around the globe, but the dedication to quality and inventiveness that we were founded on has never wavered. We believe—just as Giulia did—that great, simple ingredients together with culinary expertise make for the very best Italian food.

Andouille Sausage with Ravioli
1 package BUITONI Refrigerated Four Cheese Ravioli (9 oz.)
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
4 (12 ounces) smoked andouille chicken sausage links
HEAT 1 tablespoon reserved sun-dried tomato oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion; cook, stirring occasionally, for 8 minutes or until lightly browned. Increase heat to medium-high. Stir in sausage and bell pepper; cook for 8 minutes. Add sun-dried tomatoes; heat through.
WHILE sauce is cooking, prepare pasta according to package directions. Carefully stir pasta into sauce in skillet. Serve sprinkled with cheese.
