Meet the Founder of Casablanca Market
Katia Essyad is a native of Sale, Morocco. Katia was inspired by her mom’s cooking and the women she was brought up with, and is a self-taught chef with an immense passion for creating fabulous dishes using freshly ground spices, fresh produce and her own Moroccan preserved lemons, harissa, olives and tapenade.
