For customer who need backdoor, we can only generate a dynamic code for you by the unique product ID you provided, and you need to operate by using the dynamic code to reset the password. (Before we confirm you are the right owner, we will need your Amazon order number)
If you don’t want to have a backdoor of your flash drive, please send us with you order number and the product ID once you received the drive, and require to delete the product ID of your flash drive in our system. After we delete it, no one can reset the password of your flash drive anymore.
