Warning Tips for AP80 MP3 Player:

1. Note that: If you meet some problem, please update the Newest Firmware of AP80 MP3 Player firstly. You can find the newest firmware in HIDIZS Official Website.

2. Since some Bluetooth Headphones do not support LDAC, Apt-x protocol, when connect AP80 player to Bluetooth headphones, the AP80 MP3 playback may fail or the device restarts.

Solutions: After you completed the update the newest firmware, please try to switch the "high quality" option in "Bluetooth Settings" to "SBC" option. If your headphones support LDAC or aptX, you can then choose again any time.

3. When you get the message playback error code 13, it reminds you that your Bluetooth Headset does not support the decoding format. You can try to switch the "high quality" option to "SBC", Or select the decoding format supported by your headset.

4. How to download the music into your AP80 MP3 Player?

HIDIZS AP80 Has a Micro-SD card slot with an expandable storage that can support up to 1TB. Because there is no internal sd card in the AP80 , you need to plug a micro -sd card into the slot of the AP80 firstly. You can transfer the music into the SD Card. Plese Insert the TF card into the card reader, connect the computer through the card reader, and copy the music files on the computer to the TF card. After completing the copy, Please plug the TF card into AP80. Then You can enjoy the music.
After plug the TF card into the card slot of AP80. You can also connect the AP80 player to Lap top via USB cable. Please check the USB mode. If you would love to download things in it, Please switch the USB mode to "Storage". Then you can download the songs in the AP80. If you would love to listen to music on your Lap top, please switch the USB mode to "Audio".

5. If you have any problem when inserting the Micro-SD Card into the card slot of AP80, please check if you upside down or counter the SD Card. It is recommended to use your fingernail or something like needle to push the card into the slot. The installation is completed when you hear the click noise.

6. In general, the playback time of AP80 Player is 9-12 hours. The playback time depends on headphone impedance, volume level, screen brightness, file format etc. If the user is playing MP3 format, the earphone with low impedance of 16 ohms and 32 ohms , it can be used for a longer time. The standby time can even be for about half a year.
