Chef Bricker, Founder of Brick House Vinaigrettes, has served in the culinary & hospitality industry for nearly four decades. From managing restaurants to owning his own catering business to being a collegiate chef instructor, his culinary expertise, experience & creativity paved the way for him to be on the cutting edge of developing "clean label" salad dressings without all the junk that most brand put in their dressings & marinades.
