Les Trois Petits Cochons has produced award-winning, all natural pâté and charcuterie since 1975 by crafting small, handmade batches using high-quality ingredients. One of the most awarded specialty food companies in North America, the company began as a small charcuterie in Greenwich Village, New York City. Today it leads the pâté and charcuterie industry, offering a complete line of artisanal pâtés, mousses, terrines, sausages, saucissons, and other French specialties.
Our line of artisanal pâtés are handcrafted from coarsely ground meats and liver combined with specialty ingredients such as truffles and spices, wines or liquor. Coarse in texture and sliceable.

Our line of artisanal mousses are handcrafted from liver, eggs and milk combined with specialty ingredients such as truffles or wild mushrooms and spices, wines or liquor. Smooth and creamy in texture and spreadable.

Our line of artisanal rillettes are handcrafted from slow cooked meats, shredded and mixed with fat and spices. Rillettes have a confit-style texture and are spreadable when served at room temperature.

Slice
Slice desired amount and place on a wooden cutting board or a serving plate. Spoon rillettes and mousse in to small bowls and place on board.

From then on, Rillettes de Canard has been synonymous with decadence. Les Trois Petits Cochons has brought the decadent confit-style spread, Rillettes de Canard, to the United States for consumers to enjoy. The slow cooking process allows the duck meat to become tender and succulent. Rillettes de Canard is made by hand in small batches from antibiotic and hormone free meat, is pork free and has a twelve week shelf life.
