FAQ:
Question1: Why does it encountered a situation when plug a new device, the other port will not charge at the first few seconds?
Answer1: When multiple devices are connected at the same time, plugging a new device in or unplugging any of the devices from the charger will render a short charging pause for other devices. This short pause is due to the power redistribution of the charger.
Question2: Does this power brick supply true 100W output on a single device? I have read other reviews on other devices and it seems to be spotty.
Answer2: You are kindly advised that Cirtek Wall GaN Charger is fast charging that the max output is 100W. While it needs three conditions to accomplish 100W. First, your self device should support 100W. Second, it should adopt 100W C to C usb cable with emark chip. Last, it should be connected to one USB C1/USB C2 output (can't connect to other two output at the same time.) So, if above three conditions are at the place, then it will accomplish the max output 100W.(5% power loss in actual use is allowed)
Question3: Does this get hot while charging at 100W?
Answer3: When running at 100W full load it will get a little bit warm. It's a normal situation for all chargers on the market. But this gan charger still will do better than chargers without GaN tech.Meets the CCC national standard requires.
Question4: Why I hear an electrical sound like a buzzing noise?
Answer4: Normal situation, our charger will not buzz, if your charge has this abnormal situation, please contact our Customer Support Service email: Support @Cirtekinc.com. We will replace you a new device for free.
