Roasted Potatoes

Directions

1. Tip potatoes into a saucepan, cover with cold water, then bring to the boil.

2. Set the timer and boil for exactly 2 mins.

3. Drain potatoes well, toss in the colander, sprinkling over the flour as you go.

4. Put Whirl into a large roasting tray over a fairly high heat and then tip in fluffed potatoes.

5. Cook until golden and crisp.

Garlic and Herb Fillet Steak

Directions

1. Remove the fillet steaks from the fridge and allow to come up to room temperature before cooking.

2. Heat a large heavy based skillet/ griddle pan on the hob.

3. Lightly oil the outside of each fillet steak.

4.When the pan has heated up to a medium/ high heat place the fillet steaks in the pan.

5. Cook for 2-3 minutes on the first side then turn oven and reduce the heat to medium.

6. Cook again for 2-3 minutes until the desired texture has been achieved.

7. Put the Whirl Garlic and Herb into the griddle pan and baste each fillet steak with the Garlic and Herb.

8. Remove from the pan and allow the steak to rest for 3-4 minutes in a warm place before serving.

9. Season with salt and pepper at point of service.
