1. Why does my phone not charge / Charge slowly or intermittently?
(1) Please use the car charger adapter (Included in package) for 15W / 10W / 7.5W fast charging.
(2) The standard of the power supply is 5V 2A. If the voltage is lower than the standard, the holder will charge slowly or intermittently.
(3) Please place your phone in the center of the holder and unplug the charging cable and reinsert it slowly.
(4) Metal attachments, expandable grips, credit cards, thick cases over 0.16 inch will affect charging efficiency. Please remove it and try again.
(5) Overheating protection: when the wireless car charger is overheated, it will decrease the output power automatically. We suggest to close the APP in use and lower the temperature.

QC3.0 Car charger(Included in package) is required for all fast charging
15W for LG and Sony phones supporting wireless charging
10W for Samsung / Google / Huawei / Xiaomi phones supporting wireless charging
7.5W for iPhone supporting wireless charging
