Factory data reset
Try to reset as following instructions when two earbuds are unable to connect:
1. Remove the earbuds from the compartment, and manually press and hold for 8s to turn off the headset.
2. Press and hold for 8s, release the hand, the headset will restart, the red LED and white LED will be on for Is, and then the red LED and white LED will flash alternately to recover Factory setup successful.
3. Repeat with the other headset.
4. The red LED and white LED flash alternatety, and TWS earphones start to form a team. After the team is successful, the red and white lights of the host computer flash slowly, and the slave computer flashes for 5 seconds to enter the pairing mode.

If your earbuds are connected to several devices before, they will reconnect automatically with the recently connected device.
a. Make sure the Bluetooth of the mobile phone is turned on, close the cover again, and turn on the headset again.
b. If the earphone is turned on, the left and right ear lights are always on,it indicates that the headset has been connected to other mobile phones. - Please put your earbuds into the charging case, and then take out them again. If still not solve this problem, please carry out restoring the factory settings(above), and then put your earbuds into charging case and then take out them again.
- 6.Can't turn on my earbuds. Put the earbuds into the charging case again, and make sure that the earbuds is in the compartment and there is no shaking.b. Close the cover, then charge the charging case. After flushing for a period of time, open the cover again and try to activate the headset.
