1. Only one ear piece is working/Cannot make both earbuds work
Please remember to remove the plastic stickers on both earbuds and try the reset process. Press "forgot this device" to delete the device from your phone, turn off the Bluetooth setting and reconnect it. (Please try the following methods after charging for half an hour)
