Redirecting to a non-existent page

Bug description

I have been reading the skip links article on wordpress.org. There is a list of resources at the end of the article.

The second item on the list is a link which I believe is supposed to point to https://www.a11yproject.com/posts/skip-nav-links/ but instead it points to https://www.a11yproject.com/posts/2013-05-11-skip-nav-links/. It seems it is then redirected to https://www.a11yproject.com/posts/posts/skip-nav-links/, which doesn't exist.

Expected outcome

If it is a redirect, then it should be redirected to https://www.a11yproject.com/posts/skip-nav-links/ instead of https://www.a11yproject.com/posts/posts/skip-nav-links/

Steps to reproduce

Navigate to list of resources and click the second link in the list.
