This is gorgeous. It feels like a page out of an old children's book. The textures you were able to get on the clothes are amazing.

I really enjoy this! This has a great retro feel to it. It would make a great book illustration. I hope this is your career or the career you’re pursuing. Best of luck!

Absolutely welcome. You've got a good style. Checked out your profile, and thought to myself that some of your work would lend really well to cross stitching or needle point. Could be fun to cross post for them. Either way, great work, cheers, and wish you the best with your future!

Had to be sure you did business with the real thing and not some kids posing as an 8 story high crustacian from the paleozoic era. Good work!

Edit: Thank you!

I love it. It looks like ABBA after their concert in Glasgow. But I also love the textures and all the sensory bits, too, of course.

Love everything about this. If I were an artist I would want my work to look just like this. Love the beard and glasses. If he was bald it would be me haha!

How long have you been an artist?

This is really great, it looks like this YouTuber named “Kruggsmash” (I think that’s how it’s spelled). It’s a video game channel for a game called dwarf fortress, but he does these warm, expressive and soft illustrations of the events in the video game as he narrates the things that have happened. You would really enjoy the illustrations!

sleepyinsomniac7 t1_jefbkdy wrote

Why does the monster and everyone look flirty or horny as hell, it's like everyone is in four unique love triangles and the monster just became a part of each one, but the humans want to keep it platonic, since its a monster, but the monster hasn't got a clue of anything, no thoughts, it's only driven by pure emotion, and only one.

I like the style though, it feels polite and warm.

This is exceptional. Your use of crosshatching reminds me of Gorey, and the overall vibe reminds me of Maurice Sendak. Just lovely. ♥️
