I love how you captured her emotions, and the rainy weather. This painting has a lot of character! If there’s one thing I could suggest for improvement — fewer details in the parts, which are not critical for the core subject. Thanks for sharing!

100% on the detail. Even with this painting I had to go back and outline the background elements to soften their sharpness/detail.
