Yeah, you are right, that is what a panic attack should look like.

Kinda looks like something from Beetlejuice. I'm expecting Michael Keaton to show up under the monster face.

Is the panic attack what we are seeing from the persons perspective? Or is the panic attack the person with tendrils coming out of their head?

Beautiful art, from someone who has been clinically diagnosed with G.A.D. for most of my life. Panic attacks are pretty close to this but, much harder to explain.

Edit: I looked closer, the images coming out of the brain are "scary" dragons, spider legs, wolves, demons. Representing all of the things that consume you during a panic attack. This is an amazing piece of art.

The panic attack is the monster, I feel ya, I've also been clinically diagnosed with a severe case of G.A.D. as well as clinical depression. Art helps!

Thank you for what you do, art isn't appreciated as much as it should be but this piece has literally had me thinking, and observing it for the last 30ish minutes. It's been awhile since I've had a panic attack but this is in my opinion the best visual representation of it I've ever seen.

That would be scary. You’re just chilling, watching your big red portal, minding your business then suddenly a bald naked guy comes at you.

You know that look animals get when they start slipping off of the edge over a very short drop? I can't get that image out of my head when I get anxious and I just end up laughing about it

Great skill. This can also be titled: “A teenager reacting to an empty fridge. Ir, a parent reacting to a fridge emptied by a teenager within 24 hrs of shopping. Comment edit: By my first downvote on the platforms, evidently I unwittingly hit some nerves with my humor. The first thing I said was , “Great skill,”admiring the artist’s ability. I’m new on Reddit and now see I should tippy-toe around anything that could trigger friction of generational viewpoints in this particular thread. Point taken.

I'm not sure why this piece prompted a dose of boomer humor, but okay I guess.

EDIT: It isn't that the "joke" was offensive or anything - it's just weird to see someone throw in a "kids are spoiled babies amirite?" barb out of nowhere. Like, of all the places to go, why was that your first stop?
