Wow, this is incredibly well done. The shading on the hands, and the shading on pretty much everything, looks very natural to me and i LOVE how you captured the texture of the fleece on his sleeves and collar, almost as much as i love how well you delineated his face.

constructive criticism, if you would like: linework is a fuzzy (unless that's a stylistic choice, which is valid). hair is a little too... what's the word. looks similar to a wig rather than hair, like the hair is a singular piece. the linework on the hands is a bit wonky too but i will say the shading really makes up for a lot of that.

Edited to add: holy shit this is MINIATURE??? that is impressive and one hell of a feat :O
