Wow! Beautiful work - very clean technique. It's hard to tell from the pic - is there a dark background under the clay, or am I seeing it that way due to the lighting?

wow! I love it when I see something and think, holy crap this type of endeavor would not have occurred to my own brain in a million years. Gorgeous.

ETA: whoa! just looked at some of your other work. Haven't wanted to get my hands on something so immediately in a long time! Amazing work.

Wow. I would love to see more pictures of this at different angles. It actually looks like a 2D painting to me. I had to zoom in and give it a closer look. This is incredible.

Edit:

I just took a look at your other posts and found a video of your work. That is incredible.

Did you build in the frame or framed after?

I'd snatch this up at an art fair.

Great work!

I've been looking to try something similar (albeit with wildly different subjects and methods). Any recommendations on clay brands? I only ask because the color variety doesn't seem like anything I've seen around. Could do it with Sculpey but baking seems like a no-go for something like this.

I have never seen anything like this! It’s so cool! It’s like Van Gogh and Will Vinton made a baby! Major kudos to you! Very cool way to use the medium! You’re so creative!
