It's just a quilting cotton. I think I got it at Jo-Ann.

We don’t have a Jo-Ann’s here, I’ve never seen the fabric. I’m curious though, since you chose a blue fabric, which came first? Were the colours you chose to use for the otter because of the blue fabric, or vice versa?

It was a little bit of both. I chose the floss and fabric to complement each other
