That's a lovely rendering of Greek Slave by Hiram Powers. The uneven lines give a sense of sharp contrasts and wavering uncertainty. Is the title ironic?

i had to do a style of painting around a specific book for college which is ‘how to be a woman’ in the beginning she talks about how she didn’t have any information/ support for when she started menstruating. but you can really interpret it in any way you want

At first I thought this was simple and had no message. A second later it hit me. Great minamilism, powerful message. I like it!
