Love your painting... "House of the rising sun" is a reference to a brothel, not sure if that's the association you're going for

Thank you! It is exactly the association I am going for:p its a really old song though, I watched a video about it a while back, the origin and what exactly the house is supposed to be seems difficult to say for sure:)
