Something about the golden field gives it hope (from my perspective). Its not entirely swallowed by darkness, theres just a teensy weensy bit of hope/grounding.

They say you can remember the Ukrainian flag because there are fields of grain under a blue sky. This feels like a darker version of that. As if the war has covered the grain in soot and the sky has darkened.

How did you achieve this effect? I can see the values you used but as I try to replicate it I cant seem to get it. Did you use a glaze?
