Hard to say for sure, but I think I was 5' 2-4" or somewhere around there. I'm 6'2" now, pretty much saved all my growing for senior year of high school through ~23-24 years old.

I have always exercised regularly and tried to eat a balanced diet, but in my non-scientific opinion that probably just limits the growth stunting that might occur from malnutrition.
Don't know if I have it exact, but my mom is 5'7" and my dad is 6'1" so it was in the cards for me genetically.

oh I'm british, we use metric but I use ft cause its a rougher estimate to height since most people can't accurately spit out 173cm lmao, it's like a estimate to help imagine how high a human stands without knowing the details, it seems easier on the social context
