Therapy and medication tend to work quite well.

Talk to a professional, not Reddit.

Exercise and not drinking alcohol are the only things that keep my depression at bay, but that's just me.

Therapy if you can afford it, if not, find someone to talk to. If you can't then you'll have to find a way of coping that's healthy

Talk to a friend and a professional.

Failing that, focus on something you hate. Your motivation will slowly return

Music, a good warm meal, couple blankets, watching a comedy movie

Honestly just having that one support person, someone you can talk to helps. I've been struggling with depression for well over 10 years and talking to someone who understands and doesn't judge always helped

Dress up in the sharpest suit you have (steal one if you don't have one) and go to any nightclub. The gold digger chicks will be crawling all over you and your depression will melt into nothing.
