The first job I’ve ever quit was McDonald’s… everyone kept hitting on me and making sexual suggestions towards me and I was only 15

Low wages, toxic coworkers, embarrassing pay raises, absolutely no room for growth within the company.

Normally it was better jobs. The worst was one that made me choose my family or them, wasn't a hard choice

I used to be a QA Analyst at a call center and I was one of the few SME's in the entire call center. I was trained on all of the products and many of the supervisors and team leads would ask me questions regarding the products all the time.
The reason I quit my job is because there were agents who were less qualified than I was who were making more than me and I was responsible for auditing their calls which requires the use of my knowledge to do. I asked for a raise several times and even threatened to go back to taking calls because I could actually make more money that way. They finally gave me a raise but I was still making less than some of those agents.
I applied for another job in a different industry making significantly more money. I interviewed and got the job. I'm still working for that company and it is by far the easiest job I've ever had and way less stressful. I was very hesitant on quitting my old job because sometimes the grass isn't greener on the other side but in this situation it was.

Bad scheduling, bad pay, the company doing away with licensees qualifying employees had to pay for. But the big thing was when I walked, no one tried to contact me before sending a letter saying that I couldn’t be contacted. I miss that job and a couple of my coworkers there, but I just can’t deal with the company anymore.

Had almost no life outside of work, only had one 30 minute brake a day (I worked 10+ hour days 5 to 6 days a week), we have to work fast and not slow down, the environment was not good, got depression, and the stress kept giving me constant panic attacks.

When the wife was pregnant and went into a long labor I took 3 days off. This was in the 1980's.
I went back after 3 days and the Gm called me in asking why I was gone. I explained then he said "well in my time we didn't take time off for that".
I FUCKING laughed in his face then pulled out a pay stub. The pay stub was from Gerber baby foods.
I did not give notice and I did leave the company without a guy to supply the line.
Gerber baby food company giving me shit for time off for child birth. Douche bags
