My grandfather on my mothers side, I wound want to talk to him about my mom so that I could tell her how much he loves her and how much she meant to him for his entire life. She deserves that

My dad. He died when I was 8. I just really want to ask him if he’s proud of how I ended up, and tell him how much I miss him.

I'm sorry to hear that. I lost my dad at 17 but i couldn't imagine losing a parental figure at such an early age. I really hope you're doing okay

I’m 26 now, so I’ve definitely mourned my fair share of time. It’s still really difficult at times, but there’s no timeframe to grief. I hope you’re doing okay also. ❤️

That's kinda how my dad was. He seemed to have an answer for everything and if he didn't he would be honest and tell you he didn't have one. I wish you the best of luck throughout your journey in life

I'm kinda in the same boat as you. I'm good most of the time but sometimes the thoughts of lost loved ones creeps into my head when i least expect it. And thank you for asking

I am the same way. I can smell my dad’s cologne somewhere and instantly break into tears. I just hope you always remember that it’s okay not to be okay. Even if it takes days to get out of your funk.

I had one day that for some reason i remembered exactly what it felt liked to be hugged by my dad and lost it. I could feel the stitches in his riding vest

My oldest sister. She passed away when I was 13. I’d give anything to talk to her one last time. Other contenders would be my maternal grandfather because I also have a lot I want to catch him up on, or my partners paternal grandfather - I’ve heard he was very insightful. The kind of guy to always know what to say.
