Stick to my sobriety for a year. One day at a time.

Step by step, as long as you keep working at your goal it will always get better, never give up

Don’t do resolutions. Do themes. “My theme for the year will be health and fitness”. Doesn’t mean you’ll get shredded - or it could. Just make generally healthier choices. I do themes every quarter actually. A year is too long.

My next theme is going to be “decisiveness and confidence”.

Keep up last year's resolution that I've stuck to. Doing a 1 (or more) minute plank daily. Nothing much I know, but small things to keep my core strength up

Be more social, be more disciplined with my things, go to a gym or at least lose some weight, thing like that like. Putting my shit together, besides that learn a new thing everyday and be more confident on myself.

Doing exercise everyday. But if it's not possible to workout then at least 10 push ups a day.

You got this! Make a bedtime routine involving a small workout. Don’t forget to rest your muscles 💪
