The Elder Scrolls has heavy amounts of fantasy racism and discrimination in them. Not saying HL has to include it but it definitely could.

Theres enough going on with the Hogwarts game in relation to the great gender debate that I don't think they will risk encouraging discrimination especially because the youngsters are going to love this game too.
