It is on a Tuesday during the busiest time at work. My boss doesnt mind me taking some of my holidays normally, but want to save them for later. Can you just leave me some leftovers, will try to come eat them around the 21st, our national holiday. My birthday is the 22nd so always have the week off then.

Now that's a very tough call. We have some excellent cuts here in Kansas that I really love. But I've heard some other areas crossbreed wagyu (imported before Japan outlawed their export) and Angus that I've heard are fantastic. Better just hit each of the lower 48 states and sample each of us.
