There are only 3 ways to deal with stress:-

  1. Remove it
  2. Remove yourself from it
  3. Learn to live with it.

Number 3 is hardest, diet, exercise, meditation, hobbies, medication talking to a Councillor/friend/family all can help in the short term... 1. or 2. are longterm answers.

I have a diary on my laptop. There I write down exactly how I feel and what i am thinking, until there is nothing left. Then I look at the problem in helicopterview and respond in third person to myself and give myself advice.

Always fun to look back and see how trivial my problems were a year ago
