Are there any reusable spray bottles with a metal sprayer head?

Trying to be more zero waste, but previously both reuseable spray bottles I’ve bought have had really cheap tops, that don’t last. Is anyone aware of ones that use metal hardware or are at least more durable? Thinking about just getting the one of the commercial kitchen type ones, because from working in kitchens i at least know they’re durable.

You'd think right. Then you'd be wrong. The issue with all sprayers is seals moreso than materials. If its just you in your life, it may be OK but you have to research what you are spraying and the product's compatibility to your seal material. And use case. I got super tired of shitty spray bottles for carpet cleaner and I researched which spray bottles would handle boiling bleach upside down and my searches led me to industrial/scientific supplies and I got 2 of these janks: https://www.dynalon.com/PublicStore/product/Flip-Spray-Bottle,489,258.aspx Now they are redonk expensive and I only have 2 years of run time in them with carpet cleaner (damn cats and dogs) but they 0% leak and 100% spray and empty the bottle to 99%. I refill with Bissell carpet solution manually and no other uses, so I can't vouch for other chemical use.

These are NOT cheap and hard to find, but these are not amazon specials but purpose built lab units for chemicals.

Good I guess, never game it much though....its a normal spray not like a primatene mist.

you get what you pay for with dollar store stuff.

I got an enjo sprayer that is metal and has been amazing. Properly weighted tube so it gets everything out of the bottle, brass nossle with adjustable wide or narrow spray. The plastic bottle it was attached to broke but the middle fitted on a regular glass bottle which has been going atong ever since. Just need to find a consultant to get another one.

Your best bet is to buy one rated for solvents, I've got one from uline I've been running MEK through for a few years and if it'll stand up to that it should last you a long damn time.

What you want depends on what you are spraying and how much volume. Search Mcmaster carr for the types of sprayers available. Then use the terms to search for who makes it or where else it is sold so you don't have to buy from mcmaster if you don't want to.
