These guys? I’m not sure I would put the sharp, pointy end in my kids/spouses mouth, or mine. Am I looking at the wrong product, or misunderstanding their usage?

Edit: the “pro-surface” version appears to not have daggers.. for $135 😳. Is this the specific model/version being recommended?
