Jansport won’t replace it. Thus I have to send it in to be repaired. The estimate is 4-6 weeks. In the meantime I send my kid to school with no bag or have to buy a bag to bridge the gap.

Can you see how that would be frustrating? 3 weeks of use and it has to be sent to be “fixed” instead of replaced. I get it if I had a year or more of use.
