As an Arab who drinks lots of tea using these, I strongly recommend Zojirushi, peacock and rotpunkt.

Zojirushi for quality and insane heat retention for sure! ( and I have no experience with the other two brands)
I do live with cold winters, and the zoji’s hold heat forever.

Zojirushi or Peacock are very similar and I prefer them. Honourable mention goes to Tiger.
