I'm a bartender in an Italian restaurant, I frequently find myself searching for wine in dimly lit rooms and ultra crowded coolers. After trying several horrible products, I stumbled upon the Nebo torchy pocket flashlight, and it has been a game-changer for me.

I've been using this flashlight for two years now... (I work 5 days a week, and I don't take vacations, so do the math :D) that little guy provides excellent illumination, it's impact and water-resistant (I've dropped it countless times while cleaning the dishwasher filters, and it still keeps going). The rechargeable battery compartment is easily accessible without any special tools, which is a huge plus for me.

Oh and I almost forgot, the base is magnetic, so you can position on metal surfaces...

As you'll notice on my pics I've managed to scratch it up quite a bit, but I always joke with my coworkers that it's just like me: a little ugly but gets the job done.

I fricking hate this cable though

The only downsides I've found so far are the removable metal clip that broke within a week of use; however, it's not a deal-breaker for me since I carry it in my vest pocket.
Also, the charger cable uses a dock-like port, which can be a hassle if you lose it... which obviously happened to me, but the company behind the product offers great support, and they sent me a new cable when I reached out to them.

Overall, I highly recommend the NEBO pocket flashlight for anyone who needs a durable, rechargeable, and reliable flashlight. You can find it on Amazon using my affiliate link, or you can look for a similar model on websites like AliExpress and Temu.

I hope this helps!

Nope. Rule 7: >No referral codes or affiliate links

I don’t know where are you taking that from, but the rules I read on “About” are not quite like you are describing

well I followed the rules on About, feel free to contact moderation if you feel like it, if they decide that is against guidelines so be it

You're no better than any other spammer.

Reading is hard for some people. They used the quote bracket like they copied and pasted but then clearly edited rule 7 as if everyone couldn't just go see it for themselves.

Some people just have to make shit up OP to be butthurt about.

Love my Torchy as well, O-light makes a knock off of it. It looks nice in blue.

funny thing! your rule 7 is different than mine, mine goes like this:

7- Affiliate Links or free discounted products

in Articles: Must disclose any, & all affiliations to brands, referral/affiliate links, or if a product was free discounted for review.

Comments: All referrals should be removed

If you're just here to make money off us, go away. If you're sincerely here to share something you think others should know about, remove the affiliate link.

That's a ridiculous thing to say, total boomer mentality that not only is inapplicable in modern times, but it's rude & dismissive.

ammmarks OP t1_jdmi2ap wrote

ok, is it better like this?
"Look, this group has rules, they are being followed but looks like you are trying to impose your own specific set of rules here, so why not just create a place where you could freely do it?"
I welcome criticism, but let's read everything ok? including the part when he call me "not better than a spammer" or that I "want to make money out of people on this group" :)

I checked over there but couldn’t find anything that matches the same characteristics that it makes it perfect for me, like resist water/impact, small, rechargeable and good battery management

If you make a post with what you're looking for you'll get many good suggestions. Or there is the suggestion sticky. Nebo isn't inherently bad, there are just many better and without the proprietary charging port. (many now use USB c)

yea, it's a no brainer, it saved me so much money... I used to buy cheaper ones before nebo, but it was just plain stupid, it's a waste of money... cause I had to replace them like 2 months after? that little guy is going strong and the only think I'm considering doing eventually is maybe get another battery, just for backup, cause again, I cannot do a proper job without a flashlight
