Yes it's the tops and we are on 1 year for one but only 3 months for the other one which is what made me so frustrated!

Is it the whole top I need to replace or just the ring?

You can double check the o-ring inside the top … they get shifted and then don’t seal fully. It’s an easy fix (just push them back in … I remove them completely, clean the track out, clean the ring, and reset it).

I've taken them apart but maybe I can just try replacing the o ring first. I honestly didn't even think of that. Thank you!
