Respectfully, I disagree completely. If someone else had a similar situation that they were able to navigate more effectively, I would love to hear their experience. At the very least I would at least know it is worth pushing if I hear they will honor their warranty. Additionally, I can't imagine that anyone's time while scrolling Reddit can be considered wasted. I am not making a sick hourly wage while I scroll through posts only to be completely ruined by a post asking a legitimate question.

Nonstick pans do fail. I agree. This is a brand that is typically respected for their durability. With proper care nonstick pans can last a while. I expected better from All Clad based on their reputation.

Pushing. What are you going to do? You gonna sue them in the Washington County, Pennsylvania court? Well do it... having the experiences of other people is not going to help you with a small claims case.
