Industrial or lab grade sonicators are what you're looking for. The jewelry cleaners are essentially toys. Get yourself a good sonicator with programmable heat for less than 100 USD and it'll not only clean your mouth pieces but is also an all-around great tool for around the house.

VWR is the brand I've seen in some labs but the fact is most of these things are pretty identical. Simple models are $500 new, but used can be had cheap.

Keep your eye on eBay for a variable heat ultrasonic heater. If its covered in plastic and claims to clean jewelry, it's a toy. You're looking for an all-metal case with a simple metal basin. The simpler the better.

Nah. VWR makes the sonicators in some of the labs I've worked in and they sell certain models for around $500 new. Finding those used at university surplus stores is a treat. The bottom line is that beyond the toys that clean glasses and jewelry, there's a huge market for ultrasonic parts cleaners and so they can be found cheap second hand.
