I can recommend a Herman Miller Aeron Chair. It takes a small amount of adjusting but its easily the most supportive chair I have used. Also its all mesh so you don't get sweaty. They also offer a repair service if you find yourself needing it.

I have a Mirra 2 for a bit cheaper than the Aeron, and it's also fantastic. (My work had Mirra 1's and I knew I loved them!) I wasn't sure about recommending for OP since they asked for cushion... But I do love my HM.
OP, if mesh isn't on the table, still check if Herman Miller has any options with materials you like. My husband also didn't love the butt support on one of his chairs before we got the HM's, and he got a pillow from Purple. They're fairly affordable, but excellent support.
