I’m not sure of the specific part you’re referring to (solely my ignorance on part names) but I’ve been using a kitchenaid two-speed for years and it’s been great. I use it several times a week and it’s been through frozen food to sauces with no issues. I have the older model, google’s telling me it’s the khb1231
