I don’t consider any shoe a BIFL. Shoes bear a heavy work load and wear out over time. I do love my Thursday duchess boots a lot though. On my 3rd year and they are still going strong 💪

I’ve got 2 pairs of cowboy boots that I have had resoled several times and owned over 25 years. There’s zero reasons why they won’t outlive me. I consider them BIFL because I will die before the shoes will. I’m just looking for something more modern than a cowboy boot.
