Look for one that has loops inside that you can clip the comforter into. I think the product details will specify - at least that’s what I remember when I was shopping.

The LL bean one I own actually has that, but it still sags like crazy in the middle. The comforter itself just might be defective. Any recommendations that you like?

I’ve got a weighted comforter (Dr. Hart’s) and and a pretty basic duvet cover I found on Amazon (brand is rocabi). (The cover the blanket came with is warm enough to use by itself as a blanket)

I just use a big safety pin (inside the cover) to attach the comforter to the duvet seam fabric.
