The casing is awesome and soft. They come pretty stuffed and you can unzip it and pull out the filling until it feels right for you. The shape kinda resembles a bridge so that it can cup your shoulder while you are on your side.

I think my biggest complaint is that my wife and I can never tell ours apart, so sometimes it is uncomfortable, but I'm pretty sure it's because I have her's and she likes it more filled.

My mom swears by Casper pillows. She got us a set from Costco and they seem nice, but it's the pillow I use between my legs because I like my other one for my head. My mom is overweight and very pillow sensitive, so they probably are worth trying
