I’ve seen a few people suggest these on other sites and feel tempted to try! I move around a lot at night so was a little worried about the noise but I’m sure you get used to it hey?

Yeah the noise is pretty subtle for sure but I’m sure annoys some people. I never had a problem with it at all. They are definitely heavier than regular pillows but they’ll move and support really well while you’re sleeping. These pillows are filled with buckwheat hulls that rustle when shifted around. Once you get the pillow in the shape that feels most comfortable, you won't need to move it and it should be silent. It will take some getting use to but it will provide much more head and neck support than a normal pillow
