Get the ones that are rolled from one piece of sheet metal. They’ll last forever. Otherwise a nice riveted wood handle

If you want to spend more than $15-$20, you can buy Rosle, but it won't increase any function or longevity from an unbranded rolled steel scraper.

I’ve had a dexter since college when the pizza place I was working at closed down. It’s been with me for 15 years in constant use.

Look for hells handles by mercer. I dont even use my bench scraper, always end up opting for the paint scraper style spatula instead.

If its for a flat top, charcoal griddle bricks are amazing for finishing clean, and are cheap at websteraunt site

Completely agree. I’ve got the large spatula, bench scraper, and grill scraper. Really well built.
