There are many toasters that do not evenly toast both sides of the bread.

ive had toasters where the heating elements are weaker on one side so they dont toast evenly, but never one where the heating elements are completely absent. that would just give you half toasted bread

unless you're running your toaster in "bagel" mode, which by design usually only toasts one side (usually the inside)

I just bought a Breville Bit More and love it. It does bagels perfectly. Is it BIFL? Probably not. I think you’re lucky if your toaster keeps working well past 8 yrs (and by that, I mean toasting consistently and correctly on all settings).

If Dualit makes a toaster that has slots long enough for you, it is the best quality available and has exceptional spare parts availability.

I love my 4-slot Dualit. They even put the name of the assembler on the bottom. Mine’s named Harry!

Where do you live that your toasters only tost on one side? I have literally never seen one like this.

Perhaps go for a 4 slice toaster if you need the extra length.

They're standard toasters aren't they?

What I mean is where do you live that you don't have elements on both sides of the bread. I have no concept of this.

I live in the US. They typically only have heating elements (sources of heat) on the outer perimeter rather than also being on both sides of the slots. This is what I am referring to:

That is definitely not a typical toaster. Where are you buying your toasters from? I'm also in the US and have never seen one like this in my life. You can find a decent toaster anywhere, even at Walmart or something.

ETA: I skimmed through the first two videos you shared and these are standard toasters with heating elements on each side of each slot. I have the 4-slot version of the Walmart toaster in the second video and yes it has some unevenness in toasting but it always toasts both sides.

Sorry, I think people want to help, but I think you're a little confused about how toasters work.

I have one, it’s about 15 years old from the Presidents choice brand. It’s starting to die, son contemplating either a smeg or breville keep looking for more affordable options though. Because these are both quite pricey.

You want a Dualit.

Do you know which one specifically?

No, but I know they make extra long ones that come with sandwich cages, that may do what you want.

All of them have really nice double sided heating elements though, that’s their claim to fame.
