Be careful at the outlets. Often, products made for outlets are very much of "outlet quality", and made specifically to be an outlet price.

They’re saying often they aren’t the “blemished” or slightly-not-perfect ones made for retail, they’re made specifically for the outlet. I.e., not made to last with subpar materials even though the brand might be known for its excellent quality.
