I’ve used a purple pillow harmony for a year now, and it has worked very well for me. I’m a side sleeper of a slightly larger than avg build (5’11”, 225 lbs) and the pillow does a great job at contouring to my neck/shoulders. I have less headaches from using this pillow and got my father in law hooked in them as well. I will say that the difference can be hard to notice until your first day without it though.
