Liberty tabletop flatware was a recent upgrade for us that’s definitely bifl. Cast iron similarly so, I’ve been very happy with our smithey.

What's nice is even their "cheaper".sets are quality.

We use the Celtic ones as every day drivers and recently bought the holiday ones for the holiday season.
